TPU Shoe Material (Counter) Compounding Extrusion Forming Production Line

Altering from the traditional equipment, CENMEN one-step processing production line provides better performance of TPU shoe material and even be available to using recycled material. The production line is equipped with high-efficiency twin-screw extruder for hot melt elastomer, calender and double-sided thermal bonding of polyester non-woven mesh fabric. The formed sheet possesses both high elasticity of rubber and plasticity of thermoplastic material. The sheet is stamped into shoe head and heel film by die. The final product is not easy to deform after forming, good resilience, good weather resistance and wear resistance, green and environmental protective. The formed shoe head and heel film can be directly bonded with the upper after being solidified by hot pressing without re-coating. Furthermore, CENMEN TPU high-efficiency elastomer hot melt rubber compounding extrusion production line uses a new intelligent one-step forming process, which is an overall upgrade of energy-saving, environmental protection and high efficiency of traditional production mode.
